MyHealth.net is an online platform that allows you to quickly and easily manage health-related matters with your GP or pharmacy. Ask your GP or pharmacy whether they offer MijnGezondheid.net. In addition to the MijnGezondheid.net patient portal, you can use the MedGemak app.
You can view your data, either through the GP or online. Online, you can view your data with your phone or computer, wherever you are. You log in to a secure website or app. You will see key information such as your diseases, your medications and results of tests.
