Dear patient,

We would like to draw your attention to the portal of "MyHealth.net". This is an online environment that allows you to easily and quickly arrange health matters with your GP. And recently also with Huisarts om de Hoek. You can no longer use our old portal (the WebApp via our website).

In this portal, you can:

• make an appointment to see a GP (10-minute consultation, 1 complaint)
• ask questions via an e-consult
• repeat medication
• viewing shared results
• access your medical records

For secure use, you are required to log in with your DigiD. If you are over 16, you can activate your own account. To do so, take the following steps:

• go to www.mijngezondheid.net
• click on login on the main page
• when logging in for the first time, you digitally sign the contract for the use of this service

Once you have taken these steps, you can log in anytime thereafter via DigiD.

In addition to the portal, you can use app MedGemak+. You can download the app from the "App Store" or "Google Play Store". The app has almost the same features as the portal. You can only not access your medical records there.
