Change phone system:
From 5 April, the practice will have a new phone system. The biggest change is the change of time for the telephone consultation. From now on, this is from 10:30-11:00 a.m.. If you call at this time, you can choose either the assistant or the doctor.
Another change is that if there is a longer waiting time, there is the option to be called back by the assistant at a specified time. Note: this is not for urgent questions!
The text you hear when you call the practice and the numbers for the dialing options have changed.
Change portal:
From 15 April, we will be working with a new system. This also changes the way you communicate with us online.
From now on, you can log in (via the website) to MijnGezondheid.net or download the MedGemak app on your phone. Here, you log in with your DigiD and can access online features such as e-consultation, repeat medication and view your record. Note: this is not for urgent questions!

Due to the change of the telephony and information system, we sometimes have a slightly longer waiting time on the phone. We ask for your understanding for this.
We are open to new registrations at a residential address with postcode 2585 AND if you do not yet have a GP in The Hague. Please fill in the form completely.
Do you have any further questions? Then you can make a call-back appointment by phone.
Please contact our doctor's assistant for this.
You can view your data, either through the GP or online. Online, you can view your data with your phone or computer, wherever you are. You log in to a secure website or app. You will see key information such as your diseases, your medications and results of tests.
For less urgent complaints, you can send us an e-Consult. Our practice then usually answers your query within 48h. Since you don't call, this saves us incoming calls and helps us spread out crowds.

MyHealth.net is an online environment that allows you to easily and quickly arrange health matters with your GP or pharmacy.
Check with your GP or pharmacy whether they offer MijnGezondheid.net. To complement the MijnGezondheid.net patient portal, you can use the MedGemak app.
As far as possible, request repeat prescriptions online. This saves the practice numerous phone calls. This directly saves time for our practice.
