Flu vaccination
People aged 60 and above and those with a medical indication will receive an annual invitation for the flu vaccination from us. You can expect the invitation in your letterbox between 12 and 20 September. Only if you have received an invitation can you come for the flu shot on the days and times listed below:
The advice from the Dutch College of General Practitioners is that vaccination from mid-October to the end of November offers the greatest protection against an early and a late influenza epidemic.
Pneumococcal vaccination
You can also get and pneumococcal vaccination on the above days and times. You will get an invitation for this if you were born between 1 January 1961 and 31 December 1964.

Your (GP) doctor and pharmacies can connect their computers to the National Switch Point (LSP). Through the LSP, they can share your most important medical data. Another healthcare provider can view that medical data.
